Vicki Minarelli and the team at CBS property group Brisbane are the best property managers I have had. As a young family we needed somebody understanding and will work with us in making sure our rental history stays good. Vicki went over and above what I would ask any property manager to do. The only reason we left their property was because we need a bigger place, at the end of my current lease I would happily go back to CBS.
I strongly recommend Vicki and CBS to everyone!

I don’t have much experience with agents but can’t fault CBS, who have been managing our investment property from the beginning. They appear to be very professional and to know what they’re doing. Any issues or questions I have are always answered immediately, and their experience and capability just shines through. Our current rental manager is Alanna Tahere and she’s been awesome so far. Very professional. Bottom line – CBS makes it very easy for us and takes care of everything to do with our rental. Happy to recommend.

I have passed my unit onto CBS property after a very difficult time with my previous property manager. I found Claire and the team at CBS property incredibly patient and understanding.
Further to this I live outside of town and I was unable to get to the unit to clean it because of COVID. Clare, not wanting anything other than appreciation, went into my unit to clean the place after I had recently been there painting it. This was incredibly thoughtful and generous of her and goes to show the amazing dedication and willingness to go above and beyond. You seriously couldn’t ask for more from a property agent and couldn’t recommend her any higher.

The process of leaving the property and getting our Bond back was also seamless.
