CBS Property Group Established

The origin of CBS Property Group is a humble one, when it was founded by two young students Christian Baron and David Hallett working from shared office in Woolloongabba. It opened its doors to new clients and partners alike on the 6th of August 2012. The focus from the very beginning was to do things differently and build one of Brisbane’s first property management specialist companies!

2013 - Company Milestone

In April 2013 CBS opened its Gladstone office. Gladstone which was going through a mining boom with property investment and development at an all time high. Despite the changing economic climate in the region in recent years, the team at CBS Property Group in Gladstone still continue to grow, focusing as always on great customer service, property management and sales. 

2014 - Company Milestone

By calendar year end 2014 CBS Property Group had just over 400 properties under management between our Gladstone and Fortitude Valley offices. The company had grown significantly since inception in 2012 securing our foothold in the Gladstone market along with continual steady growth across Brisbane.

2016 - Company Milestone

Jade office opened. With 369 lots Jade Apartment ranks as one of CBS Property Groups largest onsite letting contracts. Our team has been based at the Jade office since the site’s completion in 2016 and we continue to manage not only the building itself but a huge number of its private investment properties.

2017 - Company Milestone

Additional years of substantial growth saw CBS Property Group surpass 1000 properties under management across Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Gladstone. The company now established also began to take on management rights businesses to expand the portfolio

2019 - Company Milestone

At the commencement of 2019 CBS Property Group total portfolio sits at 1500 properties under management offering extensive property management services for all our clients both domestic and international. Our continual growth and success is owed to the professional, prompt and transparent property management service our clients have grown to love.
