If your property requires emergency repairs, your first step is to contact our office about the problem. If, however, the emergency occurs outside of business hours, please contact our after hours trades in the below tabs immediately.
Once the repairs have been arranged, please make sure you email your Property Manager to inform them of what happened. Please also provide as many details and photographs as possible so that we can make sure the job is correctly assigned and completed on time.
Please ensure that you keep all receipts and invoices and email them through to your Property Manager. If the above process is not followed, you may not be eligible for reimbursement. Please refer to your General Tenancy Agreement Page 6 – Item 33, before proceeding with organising your own repairs.
